Involved in sports from a young age, the important of fitness and health has always been a big focus for him. He's been fortunate enough to study & mentor with some of the biggest names in the industry to continue providing the best possible service for his clients.

Kirsty has taken the powerlifting world by storm. As a Junior she has won Scottish, British & World championships all within her first year. She knows exactly what it is like to overcome the struggles faced in your fitness journey. After successfully dropping 3st and keeping it off, she not only talks the talk but walks the walk.
